Well, I did it.
I made another gluten-free pie yesterday.
Apple - in honor of the season.
So what?
Well, not only did I make it for my very supportive and encouraging husband,
but I also served it to non-gluten free guests. --- and they ate it!
My goal is to be more confident in my gluten-free cooking that I will not feel leery to make
gluten-free meals for sick folks, new parents, church get-togethers, etc.
Hubby and I even enjoyed a piece for breakfast - yummy!
And today, time to clean up in the gardens again.
We should be picking pole beans by this time next week
and the peas have blossoms!
