I really value the accountability and feedback
to help curb my snacking and mindless eating.
There are still room for treats if I balance them with my other food for the day.
I recently saw a blast from my past at the grocery store ...
... birch beer.
I mentioned it to hubby who had never tried it.
So I purchased a bottle and we have both enjoyed floats this weekend.
Vanilla Frozen Yogurt and Birch Beer ... SWEET!
