No fun recipes this week.
I guess I just kept it simple.
The heat changes the meal plans.
We have enjoyed a lot of grilled chicken,
BLT sandwiches,
salads,
even smoothies for dinner.
I will have a plan for this week,
but it is subject to change.
This week's menu plan:
Sunday: Grilled Chicken
Monday: Hot Dogs
Tuesday: Tortilla Soup
Wednesday: Chilaquiles
Thursday: Pork Medallions
Friday: Shrimp and Feta Quinoa
Saturday: Vegetable Risotto
