Proverbs 22:1
A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches,
and loving favour rather than silver and gold.
What are you working for?
Is it riches?
Is it notoriety?
Is it fame?
Do you spend too much time seeking another dollar for the budget?
Are you dissatisfied with what God has provided?
The writer of Proverbs reminds me of my priorities.
He reminds of the value of a good reputation.
How are you regarded?
What is the reaction when your name is mentioned?\
Do you neglect others to save a dollar?
Do you shy from ministry because it might cost to much?

How do you get a good name?
Follow the Lord and His Word.
Live the life that He desires for you.
Nothing can "stick" to you if you are doing right.
