Praline Sweet Potatoes

Well, the leftovers are almost gone.
The rest of the turkey will soon be soup.
I am eating the last of the sweet potatoes for lunch as I type.
They were an addition for a college student far from his home in Iowa.
Sweet potatoes aren't a big favorite for hubby,
but I did find these an improvement on the marshmallow covered,
diabetes inspiring dish I grew up with :)

Melanie's Praline Sweet Potatoes

3-4 lbs sweet potatoes - baked or steamed with skins removed

Topping
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c flour
1/4 c butter, melted

Place chunks of cooked sweet potatoes in a buttered baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 350* for 20-30 minutes.
