Green Tomato Update

Just letting you know, I did not forget to give my opinion on the Green Tomato Bread ... I had pumpkin thawed in the fridge that turned into sweet bread and now I have some bananas that are really ready for some baked treat.  The green tomato puree is ready, maybe for next Monday?
