Psalm 91:1
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
It is easy to get riled up with the abominations around us.
Yet timeless truths remind me to rest in my Holy God.
It does not matter what Constitutional rights my President disregards.
It really does not matter which sin the government chooses to honor.
The safest place to be is dwelling in God.
While the external body may suffer persecution,
while sin around me may flourish,
my soul and future is secure in His shadow.
