Party Planning

While I clean today, it is time to plan another party.  As much as the Sunday School girls would like it to be for them, it will be to honor hubby.  Only 2 weeks until graduation.  I know, he has been done for 4 months now, but the school is so small that they only march in May.  This will be my first time entertaining wheat free, so it should be fun.  Since the day of the party lands on May 5 (Cinco de Mayo), I am thinking Mexican!  For dessert - still up in the air ... flourless chocolate cake ... strawberry pie with nut crust or rice flour crust ... rice krispie treats ... or maybe I will attempt a regular cake?
