Proverbs 22:15
Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child;
but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.
On Friday, the forum was a reminder to take the Bible literally -
to think Biblically -
to not play with sin especially in the area of pride.
The reminder fits well with today's verse.
Foolishness.
I am not a parent,
but from the outside,
it seems that many parents are fearful to address foolishness.
It is easy to call it by other names -
childishness, immaturity, playfulness ...
God calls it foolishness
and gives the plan to follow.
The question then ...
Will you heed it?
