God's Delight

Proverbs 18:22 

Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, 

and obtaineth favour of the LORD.

For all of you wives today  ...

a bit of encouragement - you are designed to be a blessing!

That gives new perspective to my day.

It is God's delight for a man to be married.

God wants man to find a wife - a good wife.

It is not just any woman, or another friend, or a business partner,

but a wife.

The man who finds this wife secures God's blessing.

Would hubby agree?

Are you a blessing to him?

Are you seeking to do your best to encourage your home?

It really does not matter if your are "appreciated" in your role.

If hubby does not praise you, admire you, commend you ...

if the children are ungrateful ...

if the in-laws are still warming up to you ...

if you feel lost without the affirmations you once received in the workplace.

Dwell on God's delight and pleasure in your role as a wife and helpmeet.
